Would not provide diagnostic codes or a copy of test results. Still under warranty and will not state what diagnostic showed is wrong. 2019 Ford Escape. Torque Converter and transmission. bushing need replacement. They are stalling and unreputable.

I bought a new Ford Escape in 2020 December where I was told I would get free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. They lied. My word is my bond...theirs is not. This week they said this ended. They just lost a customer....can not be trusted!
