Great Service

The service here is always Outstanding!! We were greeted with a friendly face. And all the work was completed on time at the cost that was quoted. Even received a car wash at the end of service.

Unprofessional service

My check engine light was on when I went to Dorazio for my oil change. Instead of showing concern for my safety & doing a diagnostics right then, I was told to make a future appt. It only takes a few minutes to do a diagnostics test. How unprofessional!

Great salesman

Another Ford purchased from D'Orazio. My third fusion. This one is a 2015, traded in a 2010 . Also still very happy with my F-150 purchased from the same dealership. Pleasant, knowledgeable salesman and front end personnel .Equally as happy with service department.

Great Team

I've been thinking new car for a awhile and waiting for the best time for me to buy. The team at D'Orazio Ford has been helpful and patient with my endless questions. Over the weekend I had them run the numbers and see what they could do for me. Not only did I get a new car, 2016 Escape, I got a deal that lowered my previous car payment and saved me money on my insurance too. Anyone who complains about the car buying experience hasn't been to D'Orazio Ford. Nice job guys!

Great dealership

I bought a new Ford Escape I was very pleased with the whole process. I have had the vehicle back in for normal service and service department has been great as well. One of the only dealerships I have dealt with that has been great across the board customer service, sales and service department.

Best Service...bar none!

Damon was awesome. I had problems with another dealership....he identified the problem and had it fixed within hours. Best serviced I ever had at a dealership!
