Very straight up and throughly professional and efficient

Very straight up and throughly professional and efficient operation. I was in and out with a new car and processing 2 trade ins in 4 hours. That included an hour to go home and retrieve the second trade in.

Met with Farooq, was very helpful with my first purchase

Met with Farooq, was very helpful with my first purchase here at Acura of Pleasanton. I can tell he’s great at his job and been doing this for a while. Took care of me during the process and weeks afterwards. Would not hesitate to come back again!

The service at this dealership was excellent Marisol

The service at this dealership was excellent Marisol assisted me helped me with my issue rodents getting into and eating my wiring harness in Engine Compartment. She also gave me valuable advice about my insurance possibly covering cost of repairs. She kept me updated thru text so I can make an informed decision. Marisol is an Excellent employee.
