I never liked going to car dealerships let alone getting my car serviced, BUT this service team of professionals are SO professional and helpful. I absolutely love coming to get my Explorer serviced. It does not feel like a burden to me anymore. I applaud this team, as well as the sales team. Keep doing what you do! The Service Manager is awesome 🤩

I love the team I worked with today. I had stopped coming here unless I had not other option due to my experiences. I took another chance being that I needed my key fob asap. The team I worked with were really personable and aimed to resolve my issue in a timely manner. They even took an extra step to see if they could repair my fob without me having to replace it. Also note they are cheaper than a locksmith for fob replacement. I almost paid $100 more thinking that the dealership would be a rip off. Glad to be back.

The Ford dealership here in Wendell is close and provides great service without having to deal with distance or traffic. Basic oil change and a recall on my Ranger taken care of in a couple of hours.

The folks working throughout the service department are truly dedicated to a great customer experience, to include the folks doing the repair work. I was treated well, kept informed, and the repair work was done within my needed timeframe (harder to do these days). I give Leith Ford my highest recommendation!
