RECEIVED STATEMENT THAT THE RECALL SW WAS READY AND AVAILABLE. SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. SERVICE WAS GREAT. ONLY TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES. JUST NEEDED A RECALL FIX ON MY 2021 EXPLORER. NO ISSUES

Great customer service, got an appointment that worked perfect with my work schedule. Was able to drop off my car the night before and avleto place description of vehicle and services neede, as well as the key in a well secured dropbox. Videoa of other repair/maintenance needed was sent, which I had never had before with another dealership. Would definitely recommend thia dealship. Thank you!!

The service there is exceptional! The staff is always so friendly and they get you in and out. I've never waited longer than an hour for my service. They have also answered all my questions and have shown me specific things I have asked no matter how trivial.
