oil change

time&money wise very good service wating room fine people and service was great,I have purchased twice from this dealership and all times were great service and friendly people

Efficient and Friendly Service

Service is a priority at Leith Ford and that is why I recommend this company. Above par in all areas... from when I purchased my F150 to the 1st repair under warranty. Ready to help solve the concern and even provided a video overview of my vehicle! Exceptional!

Retired banker

You recently assessed and repaired the idle for a ‘93 bronco. High idle was impacting transmission performance. Needless to say my bronco is special to me. John Evans was my service contact. He operated with a sense of urgency as though the bronco was his. He listened, kept me informed on work status. I found John very honest . I am very pleased with the work.

Urgent recall repair

Leith Ford was amazing from beginning to end. They worked me in quickly for my urgent recall repair to my door. The only issue was the wait time from Ford regarding the recall information. The dealership had to keep my car an extra day because of Ford delaying them. I have zero issues with the dealership. They were amazing to work with.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the quality of service was excellent when I went to Leith Ford in Wendell, NC to get an oil change. I did not have to wait long.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My son took his 2012 Ford Focus to this dealership in March for transmission work. Still in the shop. No communication from the dealership on what’s going on or why it is taking so long, just keeps getting the run around. Called many times asking to speak with the service manager who is never in and does not return calls. So much money spent on Uber rides to work and school and he has lost job opportunities during the last three months due to not having his car. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

Ford Service

Service on my vehicle when needed is always quick and great. Only downfall this time is that they had my vehicle for 6 business days before they were able to have a Technician pull it back to diagnose it. Service was complete within 24 hours after diagnosis

Service

Quick response. I like the video they supplied of the whole service preformed and recommendations of upcoming things to watch for. Very informative in conclusion of the service.
