Leith Ford

April 2022. My 2015 F-150 (with 64,000 miles) needed a new Catalytic Converter. It was covered under Ford's (8 yrs. or 80,000 miles warranty on Catalytic Converter). The repairs were made in professional and timely manner. The staff kept me informed, from diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts (that took several days to come in), to when my F-150 went into the shop for repairs. I’ am very pleased with the service I received at Leith Ford of Wedell.

I made an appointment at my convenience ;took it in.Got there a little early and they took my car right in.We were in and out sooner than we thought.We got our free alignment done also.We bought our tires there so we get the alignments free.I was very pleased with my service.The shop manager was very nice.

Went to Leith ford because two other dealerships couldn’t get me scheduled or communicate and we use Leith Honda for our other cars and are very happy with them so I thought maybe Leith has better management. It was a good choice. The technician called me to go over the details while he was preparing to do the work after inspection. Straight forward and didn’t oversell. I actually needed less work than an independent mechanic had suggested. They completed the work in a very timely manner and we are very satisfied with the whole experience.

I dont know who does the hiring At Leith Ford Wendell, but EVERY person you come in contact with greets you with a genuine smile, is very helpful, courteous and is ready and willing to assist you with your needs. Their service department is also top notch. They get you in on your appointment time and explain fully what they are needing to do for your vehicle and why. In this age of cryptic communication and social dysfunction, this is a place that still gives you individual attention, respects your time and treats you like family. I highly encourage you to give Leith of Wendell a try. I know you will leave with a smile.

I have a 17 year old Mustang and I always bring her to the Leith Ford dealership for service. They do great service and I can count on OEM parts and them knowing how to service her correctly which I can't depend on from a regular mechanic. This last time was no exception-excellent service, and excellent communication and customer service from Buddy and Amber the service advisors I worked with. I love that they take me home and bring me back to the dealership with the shuttle driven by the nicest, kindest man, Clarence (give him a raise, he's a great ambassador for the dealership and he's loyal to be there 18 years!). While I didn't purchase this car from Leith Ford in Wendell, if I'm still living in the area, I will buy my next one from them.

Bring taking my F150 here every since I moved to this area. They have always taken care of our issues in a timely manner and the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I’ve never had a dealership send me a video of the actual diagnosis of my car while working on it!!! They pointed out important things that I should know, showed fluid levels, went under the car and pointed out any issues with my suspension/shocks/rods etc. INCREDIBLE !!!! And Buddy was the nicest advisor too! Keep up the excellent work David and crew at Leith Ford Service Center!!

Dealerships tend to push things that may not be needed, like pushing certain maintenance items to be sooner than manufacturers recommend. Or, they give you a sky is falling ultimatum about certain maintenance items. While a few of things were pointed out, there was no pressure, just a notification of things that may need to be addressed in an upcoming service.

Performed timely, right price and all persons courteous. Wish I purchased my vehicle from them. Curtesy shuttle back to my residence and pick up when completed is a real plus.

The staff was great. He said the service would take 30 min and I was out the door and heading home in 30 min. I consider that great service
