Needed a 2nd key for my 2015 my Focus

Needed 2nd key easy process to get the key cut and programed Good service and friendly staff

Recall repair

My entire process was exceptional, 1. The receptionist answering the phone promptly and VERY professional with a warm and welcoming voice 2. Service consultant John was very attentive to my explanation of issues and scheduling needs. 3. Arrival: greeted by a service tech employee who had an attitude as if though he was pleased to have me there as a customer. 4. Same service consultant verified my already addressed concerns and made sure I was comfortable while waiting, giving me an option of Private office type specs for working. 5. Patti lady walking with large stack of papers. Stopped to greet me and have pleasant conversation with me. 6. Repairs completed in a timely manner 9. Service Rep(Carolyn I think) at the back window was a very pleasant lady who made sure I had no additional concerns and made the completion of my entire experience very pleasant. Two Thumbs Up for The entire unforgettable experience!!

100000 mile check up

Had a great experience. They furnished me with a rental while my car was being serviced, and the service was done based on the timeline they gave me. COVID protocol was followed and I felt sate. Great job on the overall service.

Service visit

Stoooed in foot a quick question if the could do work. Even tho I live out of state they got it in, fixed it quickly at no charge. Great!!!!!

i was disappointed when I go back in my car at home and notice dirty hand prints on my glove compartment and dirty foot prints on the my driver's side floor mat. Do you not put paper inside on the floor boards any more and I thought your workers would be wearing gloves. Just a thought you might like to correct this. The service was great as always, very courtesy.

Quick service appointment again!

Came in for standard car inspection and staff was friendly and helpful as always. John was kind enough to inform me of a short delay but assured me my vehicle would be done soon. Short wait, great customer service
