I have been dealing with Leith Ford for app 8 years and have always been satisfied with the service they provide and the service personnel. They are there to please and do it with a great attitude. I highly recommend Leith at Wendell NC . I did not purchase the Ford I have from them although I did work with them and at no fault of their I purchased from another dealer but much rather do my business with the Wendell Leith.

Alternator Replacement
The 'Check Charging System' indicator illuminated in my '08 Explorer Sport Trac on my way home from work Thursday evening. I took the vehicle to Leith Ford the next morning and was advised that the issue was the alternator. Of course I did not have an appointment and did not expect the replacement to be done on Friday. Long story short, I have my truck buddy back and I am totally satisfied with the way it is running and there are no bright indicator lights on.

Recall visit to Leigh Ford of Wendell
I bought a 2013 F150 from the Dodge dealership next door. I had a bad recall experience in the '80's with Chevy and was thinking this would be similar. This was quite the opposite and very accomdating. In the door at 8, full explanation of the process, out by 9:30. I am very pleased with the service from start to finish - top to bottom.
