Thanks for diagnosing the problem and fixing - - - - Next time (let's hope never) , I will ask to see the part removed to determine the type of rodent chewing the wires.

I have been dealing with Leith Ford for app 8 years and have always been satisfied with the service they provide and the service personnel. They are there to please and do it with a great attitude. I highly recommend Leith at Wendell NC . I did not purchase the Ford I have from them although I did work with them and at no fault of their I purchased from another dealer but much rather do my business with the Wendell Leith.

The 'Check Charging System' indicator illuminated in my '08 Explorer Sport Trac on my way home from work Thursday evening. I took the vehicle to Leith Ford the next morning and was advised that the issue was the alternator. Of course I did not have an appointment and did not expect the replacement to be done on Friday. Long story short, I have my truck buddy back and I am totally satisfied with the way it is running and there are no bright indicator lights on.

I bought a 2013 F150 from the Dodge dealership next door. I had a bad recall experience in the '80's with Chevy and was thinking this would be similar. This was quite the opposite and very accomdating. In the door at 8, full explanation of the process, out by 9:30. I am very pleased with the service from start to finish - top to bottom.

Made an appointment for getting a recall completed and just as promised they started right at the appointment time and completed the job. Was very happy with the service they provided.

I forgot to book an oil change and they helped me get it done the next day at a reasonable price and in a timely manor.

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly.

John in service always takes good care of me. I like to work on my on vehicles but if I need help they are always willing.
