From start to finish. Everything was great. The customer service was excellent!! They made the process for the recall on my car very easy. The manager and all of the people there were so very friendly and helpful.

John. You have always been a great help. I have known many people in your industry for years and still do. You by far surpassed my expectations for service and assistance. You are the reason I use Leith Ford for service on my old vehicles. Thank you for always being upfront and honest with me over the years This is my response to a service message received! I know there are many others that help make John shine. But he has always gone above and beyond to help me and I do not go in there with new vehicles. I have never received such good service from a dealer like I have with the Ford service dept at this Leith. I wis I could say the same about there Jeep service and that is the other reason John is given a shout out in this review.

You'll never find a better service rep than John. He helped a very unpleasant situation with my vehicle that was caused by another dealership and has always been honest.
