Took my company car in for sensor issues. They fixed them in a timely manner. They also brought to my attention I was due for an oil cha he and a tire rotation. I already knew this but was told I had to go elsewhere for these services to avoid dealer prices. John tookthe trouble you call ARI Fleet management and quote them a price that was as good if not better than the leading national chain. Got authorization and had it done within 30 minutes. Saved me another half afternoon the following day. Awesome! Thank you John!

Dropped my truck off in the morning with no appointment and they had it finished with service by 4. Great service and excellent customer service to get it done on such short notice. Other dealerships said 3-4 weeks before they had an opening. I will be back in the future

John was quick, thorough and deliberate in getting my SUV into the shop. I'd been having transmission issues, such as clunking during downshifting and noise when backing, especially with my trailer. He assured me he was getting an expert to check it out and did he ever! A transmission overhaul was what I was expecting, but the mechanic told me that a torn air cleaner filter was causing the noise when backing, and that a transmission "retraining" could do the job and fix the clunking during downshifting. I had my doubts when leaving but it's not been over 2 weeks later and all my issues have been fixed! For only $143. Unbelievable. Leith Ford has a new fan for life.
