Was charged about $25.

Was charged about $25.00 extra for oil additive. Supposed to be all covered warranty service. Asked to pay for needed cabin filter change $70.00. 1000x mark up from amazon filter price. Again, should be covered. I decided to change myself

Vincent went above and beyond!

Vincent went above and beyond! He was placed in a difficult position related to the caller who scheduled my appointment, she neglected to place my appointment on the service calendar. He handled my concerns very professionally and was able to answer all my questions, providing excellent customer service!
