We stopped to test drive a Forester and Forester Hybrid. Becky gave us a brief explanation of the hybrid differences, quickly brought both vehicles to the showroom door, and lets us take them fora test drive. Becky was very friendly and efficient. We were contacted by one of the mangers to answer any questions. A very good experience. If we decide to purchase a vehicle, we will definitely buy it here.

(11212025) I called to schedule an appointment for an
(11212025) I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and mentioned that I might need to replace the windshield in our 2023 Subaru Forester due to a rock impact. The person stated that a service advisor would give me a call back to schedule the appointment. (11252025) Since I had not received a call back for an appointment, I called the Baxter Service center again.. This time someone stated they would transfer me to a service advisor.. the call transferred.. rang for well over 8 times.. then I was disconnected. I called back, this time asking for the Service Manager.. the person stated apparently he was not available. So, long story short.. For over 2 years we have serviced our Subaru at this location, but never again.

Neil was great. He was very friendly and answered our questions not just from Subaru's perspective, but from a personal perspective. He shared his experience owning a Forester with kids, and that helped us think through the process.

I was an extremely reluctant buyer; in fact, I reached out to Subaru at the beginning of August with a few questions, and then ghosted for a month. Becky gently reached out, offered to help with questions, answered what I did ask, but never pressured me or called and emailed aggressively like other dealerships were doing. Her approach gave me space to consider my options and actually made me feel less like she wanted just another sale (which, hey, we all need to make money—not an unreasonable goal), but like I was respected as a human being. So, I began asking more questions which she had all the answers too. It began clear to me that Becky knows her stuff, believes in the quality of her product, and she knows what her buyer wants and needs: respect. So I came back. I’ve bought roughly 5 cars in my life, and at the risk of sounding cheesy, I’ve never had an experience like this. I felt I had built a relationship with Becky and the Subaru team and that we were all working together to get me the best deal. When I finally went to the dealership I was in awe of the culture, space, and warmth of the employees. Bonus: I got to bring my Great Pyrenees who was doted on and played as we went over paperwork. The thing that struck me the most is Becky knows people, and she’s not just selling, she’s helping people achieve goals, meet needs, and get a quality product. I had sworn before I went to the dealership not to walk out of there with a bunch of extra warranty packages, but I ended up choosing three, because Becky believes in her product. Because of her great work, I am a Subaru buyer for life and I will always direct anyone I know who needs a car to Baxter Subaru and tell them to ask for Becky.

The facility was excellent and the staff helpful. Kailey took care of my test drive and I was in and out in about an hour. Vehicle I drove was a close match to what I was expecting. I would not hesitate to go back.
