When my wife had her car totaled in a snow storm in Nov 2025, we went to Baxter Subaru for our first Subaru. The experience was quick, professional, and efficient. Due to the Personable nature of Becky, our sales rep, I went back three weeks later and worked with both Neil and Becky to trade in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler for a new Subaru. Two vehicles in less than a month speaks volumes for the dealership! Both Neil (who worked with me on the trade-in) and Becky were professional, personable, and honest. I could not be more happy with my experience. No 'finance' agent, everything done by the sales rep in a low-pressure, "this is what we offer, are you interested?" manner. This was appreciated more than most realize. I would recommend Baxter Subaru in Omaha, NE to anyone looking for a new car. Just ask for either Becky or Neil :)

We stopped to test drive a Forester and Forester Hybrid.
We stopped to test drive a Forester and Forester Hybrid. Becky gave us a brief explanation of the hybrid differences, quickly brought both vehicles to the showroom door, and lets us take them fora test drive. Becky was very friendly and efficient. We were contacted by one of the mangers to answer any questions. A very good experience. If we decide to purchase a vehicle, we will definitely buy it here.

(11212025) I called to schedule an appointment for an
(11212025) I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and mentioned that I might need to replace the windshield in our 2023 Subaru Forester due to a rock impact. The person stated that a service advisor would give me a call back to schedule the appointment. (11252025) Since I had not received a call back for an appointment, I called the Baxter Service center again.. This time someone stated they would transfer me to a service advisor.. the call transferred.. rang for well over 8 times.. then I was disconnected. I called back, this time asking for the Service Manager.. the person stated apparently he was not available. So, long story short.. For over 2 years we have serviced our Subaru at this location, but never again.

My phone logs the DATE/TIME of the calls I made (with durations). Friday (Nov 21st) 11:20am.. 402-915-8743 Tuesday (Nov 25th) 10:00am (2 calls back to back) 402-971-5794 These are BOTH your numbers.. I did not call another Subaru dealer.
Neil was great.
Neil was great. He was very friendly and answered our questions not just from Subaru's perspective, but from a personal perspective. He shared his experience owning a Forester with kids, and that helped us think through the process.
