K5 GT 2022…. Waiting for a long time for this trim with the K5! Phenomenal

I love to come to Kia service department everyone is so nice, courteous and professional, I trusted their suggestions to keep maintain my Kia Sportage running and in perfect condition. I most definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I was able to order the Kia Telluride all of the options that I wanted (5 other Chattanooga-area dealers refused). The Financing process was smooth and fast. My salesperson, Nick Grieme, was a 5-Star Performer.

I had gone to KIA MALL OF GEORGIA for my warranty service. After over 4 hours they had not looked at my car. Needless to say, I left. I called Lou Sobh & spoke to Tanya. She explained that the service department was 1st rate. She assured me that I would be treated with respect & my KIA would be serviced. She was RIGHT, not only was the service done on time but everyone was pleasant & Courteous. When I decide to buy my next KIA …. It will be from Lou Sobh KIA.

If I could give negative stars I would. Chris Erickson the salesperson sells used cars with known safety problems. I brought car in after a pre-purchase inspection and pointed out that the car is leaking fluid from the rack and pinion and that the car is also leaking oil and fluids from multiple places. He told me the mechanics at Lou Sobh Kia will take a look at it and told me all the leaks were resolved. I brought the car back home and there were still fluids leaking from the power steering rack and pinion. What happens to the car when the rack and pinion goes out? You lose the control of steering. It is dangerous for your life, and Chris Erickson knowingly sent me home with a faulty rack and pinion. His response after I got angry at him? He rudely told me "wear and tear" is expected on an used car and that if I want perfect suspension, I should buy his 40-50k new car. Yeah used cars have wear and you can't expect perfect suspension but at the very least you shouldn't be selling cars with safety problems. Don't give this guy your business and go somewhere else to buy your cars. He takes advantage of people in this stupid car market. It isn't worth your safety. Drive safe everyone.

Great, friendly, and timely customer service! The place is clean and tidy and they wash your car for you!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid buying an used car here at all costs. They sell you problematic, unsafe cars knowing they have problems. If you bring it in to get it fixed before purchasing, they will "fix it" and you will go home and see that they didn't do anything to fix it. Salesman Chris Erickson will rudely tell you to buy a "new car" for "40, 50 thousand dollars" if you want a perfect car. Salesman Chris Erickson will tell you "just leave the car here. we can just sell it." and refuse to help you. Yeah, of course, you can't buy a used car with perfect suspensions but at the very least it should not be leaking oil and have a leaky power steering rack. That crap can easily turn into a vehicle that you can lose control of while driving and get into a wreck. Avoid this place.
