Went for service, left with new car

Starting using Jenkins Kia in Ocala for service of by 2014 Kia Forte when ownership changed from Palm Kia. There service department was always good with short waits. I went in for service on my Forte, but had in mind about possibly trading due to the rising miles on my car. At first, was looking at an Optima, but was a little more than I wanted to pay. Started looking at another Forte, because frankly, I loved my 2014 Forte, but was considering a larger car for family reasons. Once I inquired about the 2019 Forte S, Gus and Jaime were able to get a deal in the area I was comfortable paying. The process was easy and even when I had to come back later in the night so my wife could sign the paperwork, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would recommending buying a car and the service at Jenkins Kia.

Excellent Service Department

From the moment I drove into the service lane the man politely greeted me asked my name and if I had an appointment then the Service Manager Lance Gansky appeared asked the young man to do something and he took over completing my check in then we went into his office he completed the service write up also offering me a free car wash at Soapy's then my Service writer Mike Ferrari greeted us then he walked us to the waiting room told us to help ourselves to coffee and doughnuts told me my vehicle should be ready in about 90 minutes, while sitting in the waiting room many different employee's spoke to us pleasantly then Mike came back telling my vehicle was ready and it was completed a little earlier. Mike walked us to the cashier where I signed the documents then he walked us to out vehicle telling me when to return for my future service appointment. Everyone at Jenkins Kia treated me and my wife with total respect.

good friendly service

Car was assessed quickly and shuttle got me to work on time, then picked me up at work in a timely manner. Service staff are friendly, upbeat and accommodating. Mike and Chris explained services on a level that I, a non mechanic could understand.

Oil change

Oil change was done on our car. Service personnel were nice. Three people came in after me and all of them had issues with work done by the service department. Service was having a rough time.

New Car Purchase

I came to Jenkins to have my 2017 serviced under warranty. While waiting Jamie ask me to step in the office to talk with him and Guy. They in a very no pressure way explained why I should trade my upside down 2017 Kia Soul on a new one based on our lifestyle and driving habits. The way Guy and Jamie presented the facts and numbers made perfect sense to me. So I took this information to my wife 2 days later we made a deal on a new Kia Forte. Great team Guy and Jamie thank you :)

Car battery

Our car had an issue of stalling out. We had no idea what the problem was so we drove to Kia and spoke with Mike in service. We did not have an appointment but he got us right in and throughout the entire visit he kept us informed as he learned what the issue was. Excellent customer service and we would recommend to all.

A man who knows

Sales manager (Edwin Ramirez) bent over backwards to get us into our purchase and gave some sound financial advice and helpful with my constant questions.Sales ( DJ Britton) appears to be an honest and forthcoming person and will work with you , He makes you feel relaxed and like an old friend
