Always on time

I’m perpetually impressed with how this service center can gauge the time it will take for my car to be done. It rarely, if ever, goes over their time estimate and is usually less, which is always a treat. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I’ve never been in a dealership like this before and I love it.

oil leak change oil replace backview camera

They did change oil since its oil leak blamed Jiffy Lube long story they are rip off and saw oil leak got mad so went to kia oil filter weren't tight huh they cleaned everywhere happy with it then later came back replace backview camera no charge cuz warranty honest Kia people great people even I like Chris he's great guy New England Patriots fan LOL Thank you Jenkins Kia Ocala ...

I was there getting my service done on my Optima and Jamie fielding asked me politely to have a conversation about my new car now , from there the experience with Jamie was a pleasant one . He was able to answer all of my questions even go beyond the expectations to help me get the car I need it

Another awesome job!

Had another great service appointment with Kia. Callie was informative and kept me up to date on everything going on. Lucky for me the battery died while there instead of with me. There was a system update that needed to be updated which was done while my car was there. Also my driver's side window is going to be repaired when the part comes in. Every time I go, Kia is amazing and helpful.

The service department is awesome at Jenkins KIA

This is our second visit to the service department at Jenkins Kia Ocala, FL. Both times have actually been very pleasant. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. We were greeted upon our arrival and then welcomed by our service advisor, Chris. He explained everything to us, gave us a completion time and kept us informed. This service department is a welcome change from what we have experienced before with GM and Ford.

Polite helpful and good coffee

As always i was treated great. It was raining so I declined a free ticket for a car wash. The coffee machine was a welcome on a chilly day.
