Everyone we encountered was super nice, knowledgeable and professional (especially Dustin Johnson and Pete Palys the finance guy)!! Thank you for an especially awesome buying experience!

Fast and friendly service.

I had a 10 am service appoitment for a first time oil change on a new Kia Optima.. When you pull into the service bay, first thing you notice is how extremly clean everything is. As you are getting out of your car you are greeted by an employee who assigns your car a service number and directs you to the service counter. At the service counter, they take your information and escort you to the waiting area that is also very clean and stocked with plenty of free snacks and beverages. Less than one hour later, oil and filter were changed, multi point inspection performed, and tires aired up to correct pressure. Service manger explained all inpection points checked and work performed. Payed cashier and was given a coupon for a free car wash, then escorted to my car in the service bay. To sum it all up, great people, great service and great dealership!

No waiting for my appointment for the oil change .The young man that helped me was one of the nicest service person. Very clean waiting area

The good and the bad.

The salesman Philip Brooks was a very nice salesman,. All the questions I ask he knew the answer for. he told me exactly what the car would cost me and the length of the contract etc. The other employer doing the final paper work ( i don't have his name) was a little bit pushy when it came to trying to extend the length of my contract. I guess that may be the way he is suppose to do it. This 2019 Kia was the second Kia I purchased from Jenkins, the first being a 2016 when your showroom was just up the street and he seemed to work the same way then.

Excellent service

Everyone was extremely friendly and very efficient . They keep me informed about the progress of my car. The waiting room is the best. You almost do not want to leave. This dealership makes sure that the customer comes first. I highly recommend them.

I had 4 recalls to be addressed with all but one completed in about 2 1/2 hours with a part ordered for the last to be completed in a week.

My sportage stop lite had stop working and I was passing by the KIA dealership and decided to just drop in to see if I would need an appointment to have it fix. I talk with Callie at the service desk and she said that they could fix our problem with less than an hour. Callie did a fantastic job.

Fast Courteous Service

Jenkins Kia called me to follow up on vehicle maintenance. The appointment was on time. They are very courteous. They have beverages and donuts. They don’t keep you waiting long. Chris Hansen was very thorough in explaining what was done to my car. They also did a good job cleaning the car. I am pleased with the service.

My 6th KIA

I have had 6 KIA cars over the years. I have never had a complaint nor have I ever had a problem with them. Excellent vehicles and I love the manageability of the vehicles, the dependability and the look. Love the cars and I am sure I will be back! 😊 I owned a Sephia, Spectra, Sportage, Soul, Optima and now another Sportage!!
