Callie your service adviser is one of the best in the business. She always treats me as I am special and goes the extra mile to see that I have a great experience when I visit. The man who serviced my car this time did an outstanding job. My car has never run better and it is 100% improved. Keep both of them!

Auto Purchase Experience

My experience with Jenkins Kia was excellent. D.J. Britton, the sales employee who handled the service, was really wonderful in terms of the process. Though the time was long, I couldn't be more pleased with the way in which he responded. John Szylin in the Finance Department was very good as well. Mason also provided a pleasant welcome.

We went in for service and went home with a new car.

We went in for service. we were at coffee shop and Jamie Fielding came over and started talking to us. He showed us a car in the showroom and said we could triad our car in and get this car. he took us in to fin. officer and we made a deal. we went home with a new car. David Nye and Richard Hunter

Awesome customer service

Profesionalism, friendly, excellent customer service. People are easy to speak with and answers questions without problems. Sales Dept have sufficient knowledge of the cars, features, etc.
