engine recall
We wish to thank the manager that greeted and took care of us. We have never received that level of customer service. I had the same engine recall and took my car to Ocala Hyundai. That manager's customer service was no were near the level of Kia's. Keep up the good work and hold on to this guy. He is an asset to your service department

Stranded
On Saturday 4:30am I was on my way to work when I apparently ran over something in the road and it damaged my tire. Flat tire in the dark on the side of the highway. I called my Jenkins Roadside Assistant # and Alicia answered and was extremely kind and professional (thank you Alicia) she made my experiance seamless by assuring me that the Tow Druck driver will be there for me. She was RIGHT! Less than 30 minutes here comes my Driver. I did not get his name but he was awesome too! I then received a call from a Jerell from Jenkins and he was extremely helpful and empathized with me regarding my situation. Now mind you, I have not had my Kia for 90 days yet and the service from Jerell making sure he gave me the best resolution seemed to of been his top priority. Not only did he get me the very BEST price available....(Thank you Lance!)he was extremely kind and friendly. Even Cassidy that checked me out was friendly and efficient! Thank you Jenkins!!!! You are the BEST!!!!

Service for 25000 miles
We received excellent care from the minute we arrived. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and looked out for our needs as far as what was needed to be done. We were not pressured into anything.

Customer Satisfaction, which I have experienced.
This is my third Kia Soul. The first one was a red one. I bought it at Burlington Kia. For four years I had it serviced at the same Kia dealer. The car ran perfectly for four years. Then I gave it to my grandson as he became worthy of a New Jersey drivers license. I purchased another Kia Soul from same dealer. This time it was a Silver Grey. I have lived in Ocala for seven years, and the dealer I chose to keep my Kia soul running smoothly on the road was Jenkins. Now I have an other new Kia Soul, a 2019 red just like my first one in New Jersey. This one is purchased at Jenkins Dealership. And I know that they will keep it running in top shape for me, in the years to come.

Another Great Experience
I had another great experience with Kia service. Callie did a great job setting up my appointment through text, love that feature! Chris did a great job of handling my car while I was there. I was in and out in less time than expected. I didn't even have time to finish lesson plans. I had an oil change and Chris found a better coupon for me and the window problem, of course, started working while I was there so they couldn't find the problem. I cannot say enough about the staff. Also the oil change is cheaper than any where else in town and includes a tire rotation which is not done other places. I cannot express how important that is!
