I had no intentions of getting a new car but I'm happy I did because the original car had a very small back up screen where is this portage that I got has a larger screen something that I was used to and the horn is actually louder in this portage then it was in the Sorrento. The whole process what is long like four hours but there was always someone that talk to me and it didn't seem that long considering I wasn't expecting to get a new car the experience was very much appreciated.

My service was great 👍 Chris explain everything and gave approximately time my car would be ready. I asked if it could possibly be done sooner and he said he would try. Thank you he did cut the time down. Very happy with his help.

Oil Change & MultiPoint Inspection 101818
Went in for Oil Change & MultiPoint Inspection on 101818. My tires were also rotated and after a bit, my service advisor Chris Hansen came back and explained that I needed a wheel alignment. Both services were discounted 10% by Chris. He offered a staff hand wash of my car (45-minute wait) or a coupon for a local car wash. I took the coupon. Total service time was approximately 90 minutes.

Wonderful experience
As soon as I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted by Chuck who showed me where I could find Lance, as I had an appointment set up in advance by my brother in law Michael Rook. Lance immediately had my vehicle taken into the garage to be inspected. They found a few other things that needed attention other than the original issue (brake lights not working) My brake light bulbs were changed, 2 new front tires mounted and balanced and I was set to go. Thank you guys for the excellent care of my vehicle.
