They have competitive prices but the service is terrible! Very onorganized and it seemed like they were understaffed. It took about 10 minutes to get someone to help us test drive a car, 30 minutes just to test drive a car, at least 10 for someone to meet with us again only to send us to a computer to fill out information. Another 30+ minutes (still waiting to be seen) to start talking numbers. It has the feel of a shady warehouse furniture store where everyone is waiting to save a few bucks (maybe). We ended up leaving because we knew of two other dealerships that had the car for the same price.

Salesperson wouldn't show you the car or tell you anything about it. The person told us he had no knowledge of anything about the SUV. I Decided to buy it anyway and as soon as the paperwork was done when I was getting ready to take the vehicle I found out it had the driver mat missing, and there wasn't one there to replace it. By the time I got home , I found out one of the cooling fans was hitting the assembly , next day took it for a complete check and it also needed rear breaks and the lock for the tires was missing too. Repair estimates so far totaled over $1000 called them and unfortunately the person who answered the phone wasn't much help. I do understand there maybe times where things get missing, errors happen and sometimes is just a busy day. After a quick call where I wasn't getting any help I thought that I wouldn't be going back there but thanks to this site, my issues were heard by management and once I talked to Mr. Alex at Evo motors; things started turning around. He was very friendly, helpful and understanding. He apologized for the misshap and offer to fix the issues at hand and even a loaner car which I did not need. I have to say that for me most important is not how good things go the first time around but when there is a problem; how well that gets taken care off. Evo motors outdid my expectations in taking care of the issues and I now am very happy that we got to talk and how they went about taking care of things. Excellent customer care and now I can gladly say that there is a really good chance I will give them a first choice when looking for another car. Thanks again to Mr. Alex and the staff at Evo Motors for turning around a sour experience into a really good one. I really appreciate all the help.

Nice place to buy a car from they have a nice selection of cars and the salesmen are prompt and there but not there only to answer questions and not harass you.I recommend them and i hope to purchase my vehicle from them.

Had an overall great experience! Was shown where to park and then greeted by Ray. He had no problems showing me the cars I was interested in( which is no small task with all the cars to chose from). They bring the cars up front to you to inspect and then leave you to look with no sales pressure. Once I found a car I liked Ray and I were off for a test drive. Again no sales pressure! Made the whole experience much better than I expected. I would recommend EVO to anyone looking to purchase a car!
