Disappointed
Upon entering the facility, I was confused as to how things work in this type of car sales arena. I was greeted and passed off to several young salesmen that kept rotating. It was a really exhausting experience until after well over two hours of this and two test drives, I met Jay. He totally was helpful and put me at ease & take me on my third test drive. I was told by one of the salesman that I was not allowed to keep test driving the same model as they all drive the same but Jay was totally professional and understood so I took a different auto for a test drive with him per my request. How rude that the salesman was to talk to me like that. I am 68 yrs old retired professional woman. I did not understand how Evo operates. I still felt very rushed and a lack of experience by the sales staff. I purchased a vehicle in an exhausted state of mind and could not wait to get out of there. Mac closed the sale and was very professional and right to the point during the signing of documents. Upon leaving, Jay came to wish me well and rounded up a manual which I noticed was missing. I didn't get shown anything on how the controls work except the fob and once on the road I was so concerned that I really was not treated well & no one went the extra mile. Now that I understand the new way to purchase a used car by such a facility....I will be better prepared as to how to locate that perfect used car. If you expect much help in understanding the vehicles...this is not the place to shop. You are pretty much on your own.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Very pleasant experience at EVO Motors. Cars are super cheap all the guys are friendly expect to pay $2,000 to $5,000 below any other place but you dont get to negotiate or ask for any free things which was ok to me. Financing was easy as well and we got offered almost the same interest as my bank offered and financed thru them with a large national lender their extended warranty option is also great . The only complaint is some of the cars need to be cleaned or not detailed very well but I did ask them to clean somethings they missed and they did.

The Friendliest Dealership I have ever went to
My sales person was Shawn. He is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was buying a car from out of town and he followed up with me to make sure that I had everything in order to make the buying process seamless. He is extremely through and proficient. I have found a new home to buy all of my cars. PS If you need a car Please, Please, Please go see Shawn. You will never regret it.

Wild goose chase
Right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing! Went in to test drive a car I saw online. I really liked the car but wasn't quite ready to purchase that day. A few days later I was but the car was no longer listed on line. Called and was told it sold, so asked about another car I had seen when I was there, same model & year but wasn't on their website, was told both cars where gone. A week later the same car showed up on the website, so I took it on a test drive and wanted to buy it. I had a pre-approved loan from a bank that they apparently don't deal with so was told to go to the bank and get a cashiers check. It was after hours so I had to wait til the next day. Called in the morning and was told the car sold the previous night. A week later both cars are still on the website so I went to look and neither were sold. They still refused to work with my pre-approved loan & the bank can't issue a cashiers check without all their information. If they are only willing to deal with their finances company why not just say so instead of the sending me on a 3 week wild goose chased?!?

Thank you for your feedback. Many vehicles look a like and it is a store policy to sell you the vehicle if its available and you have funds to pay for it. If the bank you are trying to finance with is not part of our network as you were told you would need a cashiers check from them to pay for the vehicle. If that is not possible you are welcome to finance with one of the banks we have in our system. We have financing available with some of the largest lenders in the country such as JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, Wells fargo and much more and they can match or get close enough interest rate to whatever you have. This dealership had great customer service! The man who helped us (Jay) was awesome and very accommodating. The whole process was simple and easy. We paid cash so we were in and out within 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody! Ask for Jay!

Great service and FAST!
Best prices in central Florida with great quality. Only issue was which car or truck to choose. If you are looking for cheap prices, great prices and quality respectable service, then EVO is for you. No sale hawks and finance guy Shawn was knowledgeable and straight forward about the buying process. Couldn't ask for a smoother process. I will be back when it's time to purchase my daughters a car. The 2 hour travel was well worth the drive.

EVO! Suspicious Bank activity
We chose our car and spoke with Mac. Our bank called back (Disney CU) and told us they have NEVER seen such suspicious bank requirements. Also, between GAP and Extended Warranty they overcharge by $1000!! Compare before you buy!!

You can use any bank you like to finance the vehicle as far as they pay for the vehicle in the form of a cashiers check. It is not our job to make it hard for any one to buy a vehicle otherwise why would we be in business. As far as gap and extended warranty those are optional products and our pricing is market average and it changes based on the level of protection you choose. Typically warranty plans that are around $2000 those are the highest coverage available with add on mileage we have plans that are half price but the questions is what do they cover and how long the warranty is for. For example coverage that ends at 100k miles has a different price than the one that ends at a 140k miles pricing also varies by the extended warranty company and we choose to offer only reliable companies that are 20+ years in business . We deal with thousands of car shoppers every month and it is extremely to difficult to accommodate every individual wishes but I assure you we will do the best we can. I will look into the situation and see why you thought that we were trying to make it hard for you to purchase a vehicle and I will be in touch with you soon

Best car buying experience
We all know car buying is nerve wracking and I went in feeling no different. Stressed and apprehensive about what I was sure to deal with. But I went in with a friend just after they opened on a tuesday and was greeted quickly by Jay. He inquired about what I was there for. Perhaps I made it easy on them, or easier than most, as I was very prepared and had researched for a long time before coming in. But I gave him the car I was looking for and he took me right to it. He also explained how they worked there. They don't pressure or hover but are there when I was ready with questions or to test drive. When that first car turned out to be an unsure for me, I asked to look at a few others I had saved online. Those 2 were sold but they took me inside to look at their inventory and I wrote down 3 more. They sent guys out to round them up and bring them up front for me. I looked them over, test drove. I asked questions about hidden fees and Jay responded immediately without trying to run around it. I found one that I wanted, a 2014 Altima that was priced to sell. I came in preapproved and just had to fill out the quick credit app on their computer then they sent it in, about 10 min later it came back and I called the insurance while he finalized. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. When I came back thr paper work was ready and he explained everything, the breakdown with all the amounts were on their own page, the amounts were exactly as I expected for tags, tax, title, no hidden fees, there was and small and fair dealer fee especially compared to most places in FL but no additional fees. It was incredibly straight forward. I signed, paid and when I was ready to go, the car was washed and waiting for me out front. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. They are fair, honest and no bull. I would like to give a little shout out to Javier who really went out of his way for me and was incredibly kind and helpful. My friend who was with me was so impressed when she is ready to replace her recently totalled car, she will be shopping here. Thank you all so much for making what is usually a dreaded way to spend a day, into something I enjoyed.

As soon as I walked in they were greeting me and asked what I was looking for then I walked around and he let me go for a test drive and inspect the car. Then I went inside and mac was there to help me with papers. He was more than helpful he told me everything I needed to know and more and he also did everything he could to get me a car. I highly recommend this place and recommend talking to Mac he does everything he can to make sure you have a great experience.
