As soon as I walked up they were greeting me and wanted to know if there was anything they can do. We found my price limit and they fit me with a car that was everything I wanted. Then we started the paper process and the guy was more than helpful with explaining everything I needed to know and more, then he did everything he could to make sure I walked out with a vehicle. By far the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Great experience!

Wow! What a different car buying experience! Some of my family had already bought vehicles from Evo. But I still had my doubts. I went on line and was impressed by the easy to use site and the prices. Still, car dealers, yknow.... BUT when I showed up, I changed my mind. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. They work as a great team. Even though they were busy, they made sure I had been helped and I never felt rushed. I test drove a couple of cars and after I made my decision, the buying process was so easy! And their finance rate was awesome (beat my bank already low one). Matt and Jake and BJ were great, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I am definitely recommending them to friends (I already passed out both business cards I took, and I only bought the car last night). Guys, thanks for making buying a car a great and easy experience!

Great dealership

They have amazing prices and are very nice. They list cars to sell, prices you can't match. Shawn, the boss, was very helpful. I would highly suggest this place.

Purchased and Happy!

Lets start with Facilities, they have more cars than space and they are packed in like sardines and are not spending your money on their overhead. It will be tight to get in, park and see their vehicles. If you want a beautiful lot then pay another 2-3 thousand per car and you can have it. The process will give you a feeling of buying from a local owner. I preferred it as opposed to the slick car salesman, his General Manager and the financing Manager, all of whom have to hear the word no before and while you are walking to your car. If you want extra service and 3 people wanting to take you on your trade-in, the price on the car, the interest rate, dealer fees and more then you can lose thousands quickly just by losing a little on each of the above. The dealer fees here are very good by comparison, the price on the car very good by comparison so as a sales manager selling homes I had to ask where are they making money. I did not have a trade-in but I believe no one will get what they want on a trade -in. I expected that the interest rate will be where they make their profits. Thats the expectation I had coming in and the rate was 4 points higher than a car I had bought from dealer just 3 weeks ago. See, this car was for my college daughter so I could compare to a dealer I had just purchase from just a few weeks ago. The financing can be paid off after 6 months with no prepayment penalty so I will find a loan to pay the principle with a smaller APR and I will get that 4 points back . Good Luck! I would give a thumbs up.!

Mr. Allen, We are very delighted to hear that you were happy with your purchase. It is our mission to make every customer experience as pleasant as possible. Although want to point out that it is highly likely that you didnt get the same interest rate you got few weeks earlier on your other purchase because you added a second car payment to your debt to income ratio within a very short period of time and most likely your credit score was lower than what it was at the time you purchased the first unit because when a new loan hits your credit your score typically drops a few point for a period of time then it climbs back up. Usually the interest rates we get our customers are lower than what they get offered at other dealerships because we dont typically mark up interest rates.And the answer to your wondering is that we focus on volume sales instead profit per individual unit. Interest in used 2013 Hyundai Elantra

Emailed dealer to see if car was available and they emailed me back the next day saying that the car was still available . So I did an online application for financing I got an automatic email stating to contact dealer if I had any questions. Never heard anything after that so I applied for a loan through my credit union and was pre-approved, but unfortunately after contacting the dealership they said that they do not accept loans from my credit union. I was really looking forward to buying the 2013 Hyundai Elantra, since my sister bought a car from them last year and hasn't had any problems, but I'll have to look elsewhere.

Sales person and finance department do not care...

A Little bit about me. I serve in US Military, I have very good credit and I was very interested in the car. 1 day ago I called your dealership asking about Acura ILX that I liked. Was interested if you guys have a military discount, to which salesperson answered like I was asking him something crazy (same scenario if he would be asking to protect him from an enemy and I would ask what enemy). Second calling me "buddy" is no go for me. We're not finish buddies and we don't go to a football game together. Then he asked if I'm paying cash or finance, I told him that I was pre-approved with my military financial institution to which he said that your dealership doesn't work with outside banks. I asked how about USAA, he said: "yes USAA is only outside bank we work with". He told me to go and apply online and your financial manager will contact me. I did online portion got automatically generated an email from Ahmed A. I sent a screenshot from my latest credit report to make his life easier. 24 hours later no reply. I wanted to do business but your employees just don't seem to care about the potential customer who made all the effort to buy a car from your dealership.

Hello Ilya, I am the sales manager here at EVO Motors. First off I want to tell you that me and all of my team members have a great respect for our Military personnel and we all thank you for your service we certainly appreciate what you do for our country. The gentlemen that helped over the phone had a very hard time hearing you . However, your emails were starred to have the finance manager Fred contact you because the finance underwriters were not able to contact you via phone as we dont have international calling which is the standard contact method and Fred was off the fifth and the sixth of this month and because you mentioned you were not arriving in town until the 18th apparently the underwriter thought it was ok to wait for him to process your application which is something that I want to apologize for as they should have at least emailed you to let you know that. Unfortunately because of our aggressive pricing and low mark ups we don't have any type of discount programs but that doesn't mean we don't appreciate your service. If you are still interested in the ILX it is recommended that we wait until you arrive in town because we need to pick a vehicle to process the application and there is no guarantee that a specific vehicle will stay on the lot until then but we get over 100 vehicles every week and hopefully we will have one that you like. No frills, straight forward place

I've been here twice but did not end up buying a car. The prices are good, but they don't put much work into the cars as far as detailing, and they don't fill the gas tanks either. I was willing to accept their no-haggle pricing, but they don't tell you till you're there that you won't get anything close to a fair market value for your trade-- they give you an auction price. So in the end, its two and one half dozen of the other. You can go to a regular dealer where they make the car look really clean and charge you more but also give you more for your trade...or go here for a low price car and leave your trade at home...also, the cars are so tightly packed, they don't wanna let you test drive unless you are ready to buy.

Hello Wendy, Thank you for your feedback. It is important to understand that every dealer uses national wholesale transactions and the condition of the vehicle to determine your trade in value and as you said your self if another dealer charged more for the vehicle and paid you more for the trade you actually didnt get more for your trade but you paid more for the car and in most cases our prices are not even close to what other dealerships offer the cars for because of our low mark ups. As far as detailing the vehicles we do the best we can considering the volumes we process every week and if any customer comes across a vehicle that is not properly detailed we will be more than happy to clean it as much as possible and a $30 tank of gas is not a reason for most buyers to pay more for the car at another dealership.
