I had to get my moonroof fixed because it wouldn’t slide...

I had to get my moonroof fixed because it wouldn’t slide open. Within 20 minutes they figured out what was wrong. Now it works better than ever and they didn’t charge me the full $125 diagnostic fee. I didn’t work with Tara but she’s always so polite to me.

2 weeks ago I had my car serviced and requested new...

2 weeks ago I had my car serviced and requested new tires. They said let’s rotated and align and you’ll get another 15k miles on these tires. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have a flat (because I needed new tires like I’d asked for 2 weeks ago). So now I’m getting new tires after wasting money on a rotation. Two weeks ago my brakes were also said to be good and apparently they need replaced now too??

I love how roomy and compact the vehicle is. Plenty of room inside, but still able to fit in the garage with the trunk door open. The sound system is amazing also.

I couldn't get into my Mitsubishi shop on a Saturday so...

I couldn't get into my Mitsubishi shop on a Saturday so they recommended me to Nissan instead. Zero hassle, your guys sent the bill over to my guys and I didn't have to worry about anything! The customer lounge was clean and everyone I spoke to was very friendly.

Kamari our salesman was wonderful! We told him exactly what we needed and he went above and beyond! The service department has been deplorable. They are slow to assist and incompetent when they do. They don’t address issues we ask for and damage the car.

Tara is the best - she makes scheduling my service...

Tara is the best - she makes scheduling my service appointments easy and always gets me in timely & the shuttle is so convenient in taking me to work & picking me up. DJ does a great job. All I have to do is text him when I need picked up.

My car was dirty. My steering wheel was greasy. Had to clean everything up myself. I don’t think this is right at all; however, it Is even more disappointing during Covid.
