Salesman was amazing as well as other staff although I...

Salesman was amazing as well as other staff although I purchased my vehicle and was skeptical because of mileage but due to the vehicle being a Honda I was being told that they are great and I won’t have to worry about problems with the vehicle for a while and It’s been a month and now I’m being told I need a transmission flush and it’s very frustrating because now I feel the car is costing me and I haven’t had it two months yet.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima and am really disappointed in the purchase. The website had misleading information about the car and it's features. If I'd known more about this car I would've looked elsewhere. Also the carfax shows some work the dealership had done to it and I feel that some of it was not done or not done correctly. I will not be going back to Joe Machens.

The wait time was a little longer than I expected for an oil change and considering I made an appointment but the internet was down so maybe that was why. My car was washed but it was not vacuumed very well.

My experience has always been exceptional at Joe Machens Nissan for all 8 car purchases. Scoty Glasgow is tops in sales, Tara McDade and Kevin Shultz are tops in service as well as Lavar. These are the ambassadors that keep me coming back

All my car needed was my tires to be balanced and rotated...

All my car needed was my tires to be balanced and rotated and yet I paid for an alignment that was not needed and told after the service was performed. Two days later my car was vibrating hard in the rear and I took it to a different dealership in town to find out that Nissan did not properly mount my rear driver's side tire back on. At any moment the entire wheel could have flew off.

Took my car in to get brakes serviced and a brake light...

Took my car in to get brakes serviced and a brake light fixed, left the dealership and my brakes were still having issues and my brake light was still out.

The service was excellent and the work performed was fast and completed excellent. We have a 2014 Nissan and your dealership will start servicing it. The service manager at Jefferson City couldn’t work on your wash rack. Can’t be trusted from my first and last visit with them
