Joe Machens Nissan

Very bad experience. They put wrong part on my car . Then they took a razor blade cut off part of underskirt on car , then put right part on . Told me a price for work . Added 40.00 dollars for the razor blade cost . Very poorly ran shop ! Will not buy another car from this dealership !

Except for last week when I did not get any paper work for your findings on what all was wrong with my car, and you not being tied to the credit card that allows auto repair customers to have 6 months interest free loans I'm okay with you.

Had problem at mazda which Ron in mgt. sent me to Nissan to take care of it. Mike was awesome and Bob did excellent work on my old 86 to get it ready to sell for me. Bob is an excellent mechanic and has always treated me fairly and honestly when working on my vehicle and I will continue to be grateful to him and use him until he fully retires. Mike is a pleasant service writer to deal with also and deserves praise. My car is actually an oldsmobile but I had to select Chevy to submit survey.

I enjoyed my visit and was very happy with my purchase. Kamari helped me with everything that I needed. I love Nissan!!!!! Thanks so much

I absolutely love Joe Machens Nissan! The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Not all dealerships are the same. I have a Chevy and took it to a Chevy dealership and they didn’t even wash it!!! I thought they all did that but NOPE! Joe Machens is special!!!
