Easy to make appointments online. Service staff are all very nice, friendly and considerate. I wish the prices were lower but you can get good coupon deals.

They were so nice and professional until we turned down...

They were so nice and professional until we turned down the extended warranty. Frank tried and then he sent Trey in to try and push us to take it. After we didn’t accept it they began treating us different. When we came in the next day to pick up the car Trey wouldn’t even speak to us. We were also pushed to take the Kahu system and we did but we tried to cancel it immediately after purchasing it and we wanted to cancel it. Kamari said it was canceled but we never have received anything saying Kahu was cancelled.

I worked with Cristian Sellars, he was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. We communicated mostly through email as I requested and he honored. When we met in person he answered all questions and went through all important items to make sure we understood everything. I also greatly appreciated the home delivery as I am around 150 miles away.
