it took a little bit but Matt and Jamie was very kind.

Everyone was very nice and ask if we were being helped, we knew what we wanted and we was satisfied with the trade offer and the sales wasn't pushing. they all took care are needs and was fast on taking care of our car.

It was ok

Brought my car in for oil change and have the front end looked at because there was a lot of vibration under my feet on driver side and passenger side and in the steering wheel. So they changed the wheel hub but it’s still doing it so the problem was not solved. I am Bring it back on Wednesday at 2 pm for another look at the front end and now I am having idle issues when it’s in drive

Best dealership in Missouri

Joe machens Nissan Is the best dealership anywhere in Missouri. They have the best sales people And the best vehicle selection anywhere Around.. I have been to many car dealerships looking for vehicles getting the best price and I always end up at Joe machens Nissan. Not only are they friendly, they are honest, they listen to your needs and give you what you want, not what they want to give you. They will never push you into something you dont want. I have bought several cars from them because of these facts. Other dealers may try to duplicate but never succeed.

Good Service

Staff in Nissan is very friendly. Thank Kamari Allmon for the excellent service and he tried his best to give me a better sales price. I hope the service after sales can be excellent as well.

Great Service & Personal

The service is always great and the care is outstanding with every visit. The personal are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Your never treated like as a number, but more like a friend.

Incredible experience

My husband and I came to Machens and were immediately greeted by one of their newest sales team members, Dakota. He listened to our needs and we never felt pressured to make a choice. Dakota is an approachable young man, and was eager to get us what we wanted. When the price exceeded our budget, he sought Mike's help to give us an offer we couldn't turn down. The team kindly stayed TWO HOURS past closing time to process our paperwork so we could take our new Rogue home. I would definitely recommend Joe Machens!

Great experience

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We had my one year old son with us the entire day and everyone acknowledged him and smiled with him, making our day go much smoother. I would definitely recommend Joe Machens to a family member or friend. Also they gave me a great deal on my all new 2018 Nissan Titan Pro-4X!

Yes! Yes! Yes!

In general, I do not like the process of buying a car. I have never had a Nissan but I decided to look at Nissans because several friends have them and enjoy them. I went out to just look but ended up coming home with a 2017 Altima and so far I love it. The process to buy was enjoyable. Any questions I had were answered clearly and thoughtfully. I would like to thank David Wilson, Chris McConville, and Tom Peters for their excellent customer service.

Love the service dept they always take great care of me and my vehicle! Its always clean, and professional. Tara is top notch. I drive an hour to have them service my Rogue.
