CDJR of Columbia

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Machens CDJR after about 55,000 miles to get checked out for a new set of tires. They were probably borderline on needing replacement. In retirement, we’ve begun traveling more and more. Tim DeHart in service measured the tread, told me it’s time to think of replacement but they “were not broken yet.” I appreciated Tim’s expertise and experience and not “selling” me when replacement was not absolutely necessary. He got the new tires and had them installed for me the next day.

My advisor, Isaac, was friendly and professional and attempted to address any questions or concerns that I had. Once my truck was actually in the shop (about a week after being towed to CDJR) they were able to repair it within 24 hours. My greatest inconvenience was that the service department was very busy with multiple vehicles ahead of mine and during the week of waiting, could not give me a timeframe as to when they could look at it for the initial diagnostic. I asked Isaac if he could give me a daily update on the status and he did. Thanks Isaac. Overall, I would recommend their service.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for service. Tim Dehart was a pleasure to work with. He explained how the diagnostic process was and cost. He then followed up with a phone call explaining what was found. The best part was receiving a call the following morning saying that my truck was ready. I give the service group 5 stars..!

I have written and posted a review couple weeks ago about how pleased I was , but gonna take that back, after they sell u a car they are done with u, can’t get anyone to ever call u back about a problem regardless how many time u call them they tell u they will get to u and never talk to them again until u call them again and again, worst place the world to trade because when u sign the papers they are done with u,the only thing I can do is get a lawyer I guess!

People are professional and it was pleasure working with them. Kudos to Carson agent ! Well done ! I bought my Audi at fair price and the car was in condition as described prior my arrival. I will definitely tell all my friends to come here !

I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Terrain AT4 from CDJR of Columbia, and my experience was excellent. Rich was the salesperson who helped me, and he did a fantastic job. He was personable, professional, and represented the company very well. What stood out most was how helpful he was—he answered all of my questions, and if he didn’t know something right away, he made sure to find the answer quickly. That level of effort gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Overall, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and I’m very happy with my new vehicle. I have been looking for the right car for over a year, but had never been to this Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. I came in on short notice, they treated me super well, and I was able to find a car I loved at a fair price without any hassle. So much better than my experience at a different dealership in town! Cole helped me out and was so thorough—I highly recommend working with him! And financing was so much better than my past experiences, just in terms of being prepared and helpful without being pushy. We were looking for a vehicle to replace our beloved 2020 Ram Laramie 2500 Diesel that we lost in an Auto accident. We did not like the 2025 or 2026 colors. Zack was able to find us a new 2024 Ram Laramie 2500 Diesel in the delmonico red but with better options. We were happy we did not have to settle. Zack was very helpful.
