2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

I worked with quite a few people at this dealership, in particular Frank Ferguson and Darrell Simmons. The entire encounter was extremely well handled and positive, I never got the "salesman" feeling from anyone there. I worked with someone over at Joe Machens Toyota when I was looking for a new car and was pressured to buy the entire time. I never got that feeling at all from anyone at Joe Machens Jeep. Darrell Simmons said, "We sell cars today, we have to sell them next week, we have to sell them next month. No worries." All around great experience, thanks for the Rubicon, I love it.

Oil change and AC repair: hooray!

They did a great job at getting everything done. I asked for a loaner car and they accommodated me graciously. They also kept me up to date on the status of the AC repair. The AC works great now!

Pleasant hassle free experience.

Pleasant hassle free experience. Came in for routine maintenance and was offered a warranty recall replacement. All my needs were taken care of and follow up and service on part which was ordered and replaced was excellent.

Oil change

The service department is wonderful. When you call they really work to get you in when you want and are so nice on the phone. Tammy was really nice and did an excellent job telling us what they were doing and how long it would take.

Took advantage of 80-year-old widow

You gave my mother an estimate for repairs. Actual cost was double that estimate. You did not call first for approval for additional cost. Unacceptable.

Quick and friendly service

Drove in without an appointment but was checked right in by a friendly efficient service rep. My vehicles oil and filter were changed in just under one hour and I was on my way home.

Recall

All worked just as planned. Oil change one day and they looked up a recall on the alternator called the next day and set up the repairs. Shuttle driver took me to and from work not problems
