Perfect!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an auto start and running boards put on our truck. Looking forward to the remote start this winter and the running boards make getting in and out of the truck so much easier. Perfect service, thanks!

Terrible Service and no work done

I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Joe Machens in because the a/c motor blower fan was not working. I knew this was wrong because I had the same issue about a year before and had to have it replaced. I brought it in on a Thursday and they said they would look at it and give me a call. Thursday afternoon I got a call saying it was the fan motor blower and they would have the part the next day. The next day I call in the late afternoon and they told me they did not get the part. I go and pick up my vehicle and they tell me they will have the part Monday. I said Thursday’s are my off days so I will bring it back the following Thursday. Well I walk in Thursday and the service writers acted like they had no idea who I was. They talked with the service manager Brandon and then asked me to have a seat in the waiting room and they would come get me when they got it figured out. About 20 minutes later they walk in and tell me that there was so much confusion because they don’t have the part and don’t really know what happened. So I take my vehicle back after 3 days of it being there. They tell me that they will have the part tomorrow morning by 8am and if I have my vehicle there they will get it done first thing. Well I bring my Jeep backfor the 4th day and check in with the service manager Brandon. He takes my keys and says to wait in the waiting area and we will come get you when it’s done. About 10 minutes later he comes and says that they did not get the part in. This is the 4th day I have been to Joe Machens and they just keep saying we didn’t get the part. At this point I told them I was done working with them and would not be back. While sitting in their parking lot I called Capital City Chrysler in Jefferson City and spoke with Wes. I told him what had taken place for the last week and 4 visits to Joe Machens. He said he would order the part and have it there early the next week. I explained that I am off on Thursday and would be done on that day. I took it to Capital City the following Thursday and they had the part and got it fixed in less than a day with absolutely no issues at all. I will never bring my vehicle back to Joe Machens again after this experience; I will take my Jeep to a dealer that actually cares about their customers and can get a simple job done in a reasonable amount of time.

State inspection & Recall inspection

I was able to drop my car off at 7 am and still make it to work on time via the very friendly courtesy driver, Michelle! Machens called me to give me an estimate on service & completed the service in a very timely fashion. The service center employees were friendly and answered all of my questions. The cashier took time to ask me about my day as I was checking out.

Courteous staff clean lounge reasonable prices.

Service was done in a timely and pleasant manner with refreshments available for the customers. Waiting area was easily accessible and clean. Refreshments were also available.

Gets the job done. Courteous

Very helpful, I had a CNA, so I end up not paying any cost and they looked for it instead of just charging me for unnecessary costs.

Bad experience

This is the second car in 4 years I have purchased from you and have always had the service work done at Machens. However after fast and good service when I got in my 2015 charger the floor and the door trim plate were covered with dirt and even as far as a cigarette but in the floor. The young man needs to keep his bay clean and not drag it into customer cars.very dissatisfied customer.

Additional service work

Took vehicle in for an add on part installation without an appointment. Not only did they get it completed promptly they worked it in great. However the technician did not clean up his mess after the install. I discussed this with the service manager who offered to clean it promptly and assured me this would be corrected for future repairs.

Affordable, easy to use and overall great experience

I was thoroughly impressed with this dealership and their staff. I priced a Nissan and Chevy Truck and another Ram Dealership in Kansas City. Nobody else gave me the impression of fair treatment, professionalism, and true customer dedication this dealership did. I’m happy my fiancée encouraged me to visit this place as I feel I met great people that I look forward to continue working with as my family keeps growing. Thank you guys for making me feel like my needs, my business and my time matters. It’s truly a lost art in this sales world nowadays. I appreciate it.
