We were driving north from Florida in September to avoid Hurricane Helene. When we stopped for gas in South Georgia , We noted a piece of metal sticking out from bottom of our Subaru Legacy. We were to spend the night in Macon so we contacted Macon Subaru to ask if it could be evacuated by service. We took a photo and texted it . Upon arrival at the dealership, we were taken directly into service and within minutes Jamie Meeks brought us back to view the underside of our vehicle. All was okay and he showed us where the metal piece pierced the protective cover with no damage but metal piece was gone. We assumed we drove over it on the highway and lost it before getting to Macon We were so relieved and reassured. We were also impressed and happy with service accommodating us so quickly and then told there was no charge for this service! Awesome dealership, awesome service! Thanks again so much Jamie!

I am familiar with Subaru of Macon and I looked there first, in search of a used Forester. They didn't have any in my price range so I bought one at an Acura dealer. I went back to Subaru of Macon to get my new 2019 Forester serviced. They treated me like I had bought a new car from them. They answered all of my questions and did good work on my car. I trust them and that goes a long way.

Always friendly service managers. Waiting area and rest rooms are very clean and wait time is usually an hour or under. Usually get a car if wait maybe longer, nice shopping & restaurants close. Love my Subaru !
