Onyx provided a world-class buyer experience for my wife and me. We have a pong history with our sales team there.

I was looking for a vehicle that I had seen online and called the dealership to see if it was available. Once confirmed, I went over to see it and arrived with my puppy only with the intention to glance at it in person and see if it would meet my requirements. I had no intention of test driving the car. The salesman, Alex was super positive and asked if I wanted to test drive the car while he would hold my puppy. I felt so welcomed and invited, plus I really liked the car. In the end I ended up buying the car and feeling like I’ve made the best and sound decision. I felt seen, understood, and respected.

Living in Nashville we had searched all over the south for our new EV SUV. Having no luck nearby we expanded our search and came across Onyx and the exact car we had been hoping for. From working with Jason over the phone to Meg in finance, the process couldn’t have been easier! Within one week our new car had been shipped to our house. And the best part is they continued to help us once the car arrived. They were all so polite and responsive. If only every major purchase was this easy!

Went to Onxy to purchase a new truck seen online. The truck was exactly as shown online and Dean helped us quickly. He made the whole process fast and easy. One of the quickest car purchases without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Would definitely go back for another car or recommend to a friend.

Alexis made our experience at Onyx really great. He was patient and answered a lot of questions for us. He was kind, knowledgeable, understanding and very easy to work with. In the end, I believe we purchased a great vehicle at a fair price…not much more you can ask for.
