Horrible service.
Horrible service. Never received a callback after several promises that a return call would be issued. Ashton and Matt need more training on customer service. No apologies ever made. No complimentary services were ever offered despite the lack of professionalism received. Absolutely will not return for future services or recommend to friends and family.

2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. I told them I had a coupon for all 3 services but they didn’t apply the coupons and had to do a card return for the differences of price.

Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Duluth got a phone call from me when they opened on Saturday morning. By the time the service department closed on Saturday, I had picked up my Jeep with a new set of off-road tires brought in from a local warehouse, and a complete 120,000 mile manufacturer recommended service workup with additional engine work completed. Five stars and AWESOME service!
