Gentle, friendly and straightforward buying experience. Courteous and knowledgeable. Professional yet casual without being aggressive or intimidating. I typically loathe the negotiating process but I actually admit this time was a very pleasant experience. My husband (who has terminal cancer )was physically weak the day of the purchase and became a bit ill while we were there. Eric offered him snacks and tea to help him regain his composure. I feel like were were treated like family. By the end of paperwork process; it seemed like we all were good friends. Even swapped pictures of our beloved pets. Kudos to Northwest Rides!

ATTENTION!! Where do I begin? Being that i an adult I can come to the conclusion that I can be very complicated and a very persistent person. I know this and NW rides took it with a grain of salt! They didnt care that i called everyday and dropped by randomly waiting for my truck! I spotted my F350 before they where even to do anything with it and i fell in love. A truck like that is what i needed.They got it serviced and cleaned in a matter of days for me, and when i had to come in a day later they held it for me and didnt let anyone else drive or make offers, nothing! they were very true to their word, they said i had first dibs and they meant it! I ended up trading in my 08 Evo Lancer to them and we came to an agreement that was reasonable. i do miss the Evo but i have already hauled a car and a house! it did fantastic, so far i am very happy with the trade and very happy with their service. I will be sending everyone i know over there! Thank you again!!
