Great car buying experience! All the staff was super friendly but not in your face pushy. I got the sense this was a family business which I really like and felt comfortable in. CJ was my sales rep and treated me with much respect. During the negotiation stage, they shared all their data about what my trade was worth and the pricing of the car I was buying. I went to a lot of dealerships, and I just recently did a bankruptcy. Out of all the dealerships I went to Northwest rides was the only one that didn't try and screw me over, instead they helped me get a car, answered all my questions fast and friendly. Gave me options about what cars I could get, and allowed me to test drive them all before I made my final decision. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, who wants to get a car, and to be treated like a person/friend rather than a business transaction, and just a $$ sign.

I recently bought a 2005 nissan pathfinder from these guys, (best car I have ever owned) and the customer service was incredible. The moment I walked onto the lot I felt like a part of a family, they asked me what I was interested in and put in the work to put me into a car that I love. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car there they really do care more about putting you in the right car, rather than the most expensive car. Definitely going back for my next car and the car after that!
