I was helped by Freddy. Scheduling went smoothly and Freddy was able to answer specific to the service I could expect prior to the appointment. The service was conducted in a timely manner and Freddy kept me appraised of status. I particularly liked the realtime video feedback I received during the evolution.

Johnny at Acura gave us an amazing experience from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and worked hard to get us a really great price without any pressure or hassle. I had the pleasure of being help by Ryan who got me out of a nightmare of a car. Justin also assisted with the deal and the big dog, Andrew who is management squashed every stressful situation go completely smooth

Went for service, oil and brakes. Mitch was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell anything not needed. The video of the inital assessment was especially nice.

Mitch was very helpful with my time there, I came.to.get my 2012 acura tl window switch and regulator check and they told to get new ones which I ordered from somewhere else waiting for them to come so I can come to get them installed for my car thanks mitch
