Cardinaleway Acura is the only dealership I go to for all my car needs. They have the best prices, the best customer service and I have never had an issue with them. Any questions I had were answered. Whenever I had to have service done they have sent videos showing recommendations and why. The parts department is knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t feel they’re rushing me out the door. They make sure I get what I came in for. Sales department is great. The only dealership that I haven’t felt bombarded the moment I drive on to the lot. They greet me as I walk in but they don’t stalk me like I’ve had in previous dealerships trying to get the sale. They’ve always pointed me in the right direction and answered any questions I throw at them.

I was helped by Freddy. Scheduling went smoothly and Freddy was able to answer specific to the service I could expect prior to the appointment. The service was conducted in a timely manner and Freddy kept me appraised of status. I particularly liked the realtime video feedback I received during the evolution.

Johnny at Acura gave us an amazing experience from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and worked hard to get us a really great price without any pressure or hassle.
