Sam Leman Ford was great to do business with.

Sam Leman Ford was great to do business with. I found the ideal used Truck there after a multi-month online search. I was cautious about making a big purchase relying only on pictures and online/telephone communications as the dealer location is 500+ miles from my location. The entire team at Sam Leman was very easy to work with remotely and Frank (my primary contact) was always available at every step of the process. The transaction was completed online and the vehicle shipped to my home. I was delighted when I saw it for the first time as it came off the truck. I have to say it exceeded my expectations for a used vehicle. I have been driving it for a week now and am still completely satisfied. I would recommend the Sam Leman team to anyone.

We have purchased four vehicles from the Sam Leman group.

We have purchased four vehicles from the Sam Leman group. We have purchased two vehicles recently from Isaac. Isaac is super responsive, punctual, honest and hard-working. He is a pleasure to work with especially under the pressure of purchasing a car. Overall, the experience is wonderful, the dealership itself could use an upgrade.

Well I went back and forth on doing this review.

Well I went back and forth on doing this review. Rick was a great salesman. The GM well he could careless about the customer or the customer experience more on this below. Doing paperwork over video connection is terrible and guess what they screwed the paperwork up TWICE. Now making a customer have to agree to telemarketing is not the smartest thing to do when making us sign paperwork online I had to waste my time and bring a paper copy into the dealership. Then they get the payoff wrong on my trade this was the 3rd party online firms fault. To hide his screwup the guy calls and asks us to sign a new loan document. I asked just to pay dealer says you can't do that which was a bold face lie. Now on to the GM he would rather talk on a cell phone than deal with a customer which SHOULD NEVER EVER HAPPEN PERIOD! He just gave me total and that was it. All these problems and not even a offer of a free oil change. Leman's will NEVER get our business again at any one of their dealerships. Also don't waste your money with Leman's on overpriced extended warranties just use Flood Ford or Grainger Ford and pay way less. I will give them some credit Lemans did come down to 100 over what Flood charged but they lost my business after the whole paperwork mess.

He was very knowledgeable and made sure that the truck was going to work for how I wanted it to use it.
