My Salesperson Sue was fantastic during my purchase of my 2025 Q5. Although I knew what I wanted when I entered the dealership she guided me through all of the features in my vehicle, and there are many, but Sue took the time with me and was not the least bit overbearing. I hope I receive the same treatment when I return for service although I had a bad experience with a service advisor Tom S from the previous administration. I will definitely use Sue as my sounding board for future needs. Thank you Sue D.
