2016 Audi A6 review
Initially had problems with the front brake rotors. Audi replace them twice, but did not replace the pads. Turned out the pads should have been replaced with the rotors because the pads just transferred material onto the new rotors causing the braking shimmy to return. I paid for new pads on the second rotor replacement - problem solved. Audi could have saved money (and saved me money) by just replacing the pads and rotors the first time. After this, the car was great. Very comfortable, and quick. Gas mileage was very good - about 19 MPG in town and over 30 MPG highway with the 6 -Cyl. due to cylinder cutout when crusing.

I had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton, especially with JD Arnold in the service department. We purchased our GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville in late 2025, and from the first day there was a strange noise while driving. Since the car was brand new and my wife does not drive much, we hoped it might go away, but after several months and only about 800 miles, the noise was still there. After a disappointing experience trying to get help from the selling dealer, I called Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. From the first phone call, they treated us with respect and professionalism. They explained that the vehicle was still under the factory warranty and scheduled us very quickly. When we arrived, JD Arnold met us and was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He arranged for a technician to ride with us, and the technician was able to hear the noise too. They provided us with a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the issue, contacted another Mercedes dealer for guidance, fixed the problem in less than a couple of hours, washed the car, and charged us zero dollars. The whole experience was smooth, respectful, and truly impressive. A big thank you to JD Arnold, the technician, the person who helped me on the phone, and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton service team. 2015 Audi A6 review
My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

2013 Audi A6 review
This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

He wanted to make sure I was happy with all of the details of my purchase. I found him to be upbeat, professional , positive and he paid attention to all of the details. Nick Valentino was also helpful in pointing out the positives in purchasing a certified pre-owned car. Nick helped locate and orchestrated getting splash guards installed on my Audi A5. Nick followed up after the sale to make sure that I had all that I needed. The warranty was a real selling point. Also it was thoroughly inspected and made like new. The Technologist, Logan Bertok, came to our home in Massillon, an hour’s drive, to set up the garage opener and go through all the technological options in our car with my wife and I.The new technology can be overwhelming but Logan was patient, generous with his time, and very thorough about explaining and setting up everything! He has a great demeanor and outstanding communication skills. Audi of Bedford provided great service and a great car for us. Dan, Nick, and Logan were professional and superb in delivering our new A5 convertible. It is a beautiful car!
2019 Audi A6 review
An truly amazing car with the best technology I have ever seen in an automobile. I am an electrical engineer so I don’t make that claim lightly. The best engineered car I have ever owned. I look forward to driving it whenever I need to go somewhere - a powerful comfortable car that can compete with cars costing much more.
