We are usually apprehensive about dealing with the used car sector. However, I stumbled onto The Motor Collection by accident doing a late night search for a pre owned truck. My wife and I took the trip to this car dealership after making an appointment. We met with Mark upon arrival, who was very friendly. He had the truck waiting for us to look at inside his shop. I asked if I could check the truck out. Mark stated "That's why you are here" I was allowed to change my clothes, he even gave me a creaper so I could roll under and check the frame and whatever else I wanted. My wife also checked out the interior. We really liked the truck so we took a short ride. When we returned we informed Mark there were a couple of issues that needed attention. This was supposed to be an "as is vehicle" however Mark did step up and made the necessary repairs without hesitation. We returned a few days later to pick up the truck and everything was done as promised. To make a long story short we are thrilled with The Motor Collection, Mark, and the truck. I recently called about a 2014 BMW i8 and spoke with someone named Mark. He said that they don’t allow test drives. Interesting policy. I guess I’m supposed to buy a performance car based on vibes? What really blows my mind is that Richart Chevrolet down the road let me test drive a brand-new 2024 Corvette C8 without blinking. So either they trust their customers, or they understand how car buying actually works. Not saying it’s age discrimination, but being 22 with a 780 credit score and a six-figure income apparently still isn’t enough to be taken seriously here. I expected more from a dealership selling high-end vehicles. Hope they reconsider how they treat qualified buyers.

Mark is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was honest and didn’t sell me a car that may have problems. No pressure, actually looked up the original car I was looking at, at other dealers. His approach is very comfortable, relaxed and trustworthy. Priced competitively, I didn’t even go to another dealer. You can trust this man, it seems. A straight shooter. The price is competitive and although you want to, he prices with a no haggle approach, so please do your homework and know the deal you’re getting.
