I was here a couple of weeks ago and they had the volume...

I was here a couple of weeks ago and they had the volume turned off the TV in the waiting room. They told me that the area manager did not allow it????? Silly right? I'm here today and wouldn't you know that the volume is up and you don't to squint to read the captions! Such an improvement. Just to think that I was lied to before.

Service department is terrible I had an 8:30 appt for oil...

Service department is terrible I had an 8:30 appt for oil change and breaks on a 40,000 dollor car it’s after 1pm and I am still waiting they couldn’t even give me a loner car I wasted a whole day here Jus for them to come tell me that 40,000$ cars squeak it’s normal ..... customer service has really gone down the drain . Don’t waste your time they have no consideration for the unnecessary time this took out of my day I’m very displeased.

made an appointment in advance to test drive a car, was...

made an appointment in advance to test drive a car, was contacted several times by dealership that I would be there. Upon arrival the car was not in front like promised , it was raining and the car was not pulled inside a dry area. We went for a test drive and had to stop to get Gas! So much for setting appointment ahead of time ,in addition , management introduced them shelves but did not get involved in the deal which was this is the Price there is no negation's. Mark Harris
