I had a wonderful experience with Trust Auto! I had been searching for my next car for several months, and I came across a car that I fell in love with at Trust Auto. I met with David who was very professional and kind, and I felt as though there was transparency throughout the entire process. David was very responsive when I had any questions, and the Trust Auto team promptly addressed any concerns we had during the process. I definitely recommend looking into Trust Auto when searching for a used car!

I had the worst experience with Trust Auto. I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-approved through my lender and visited to explore options, but after deciding not to move forward with the purchase, I immediately notified the dealership. Despite that, they kept my down payment without providing a valid reason. No vehicle was sold, no contract was finalized, and neither of the cars I looked at were taken off the market — meaning there was no loss or inconvenience to them. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and feels completely unethical. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you decide to do business with Trust Auto.

I would never do business with a company so shady. Had them contact me about my vehicle for sale and offered me 22k. Then came back and said 20k. Went through finance is which she said they would be giving me 22k. I spent over 2 weeks paying my loan down to that amount. Then when I came back they said 19k. Honestly sketchy and will run you over as much as they can and waste your time. Wasted over 2 weeks of my time and effort. Not driving the car and keeping it in good condition to sell. Sandra in financing and Scott is sales are the people I worked with. Sad to see a company run this way.

We bought a 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Jason and it was a fantastic salesperson and general manager. He helped immensely from getting out of my previous loan to being 100% transparent about the sale without hidden fees. We felt it was well worth the trip from Long Island and that feeling was more than confirmed. I would highly recommend Trust Auto

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. MY experience with Trust Auto was seamless from start to finish. Our sales agent, Kate was professional and delightfully pleasant. There was never a hint of pressure or surprises with hidden fees. Therefore, I highly recommend this dealership.
