I had my 2020 F-150 4x4 in for a oil change and tire rotation .They got me in and out on time while a waited .

I recently bought a vehicle from Roanoke Ford. Jakob Zahn was the sales person that assisted me. He was AWESOME! He was very supportive and helpful. Not pushy at all! Sam was the finance manager and he was great as well. He got me an amazing deal on my 2021 Dodge Durango!

While or sales rep was good(Ellie), the rest of the dealership had that typical used car dealership vibe. Upon returning from my test drive, I was flocked on all sides by people asking me "if we can make a deal". I kindly told them well in advance that I wasn't buying on this particular day as I was merely test driving for my wife. We ended up coming back a week later and did end up buying the truck. That process was fairly ok, but we were both insanely turned off by the receptionist and another gentleman taking about politics and the fact that the R&I guy spelled our names wrong so we had to come back and re-do paperwork. We also found the SUV we traded in listed on their site for $4,300 more than they gave us. Needless to say, we probably won't be back.

This Dealership has excellent service. The people here are friendly, inviting and helpful. The finance office helped me find the best car loan with little interest and lowest monthly payments. I recommend Roanoke Ford to anyone.
