I attempted to purchase a 2019 Ford Expedition from this

I attempted to purchase a 2019 Ford Expedition from this dealership. I was on the phone with their people all day long talking over all the details (financing, services, test drive, etc.) After working everything out, I went to the bank to secure a loan I contacted them and told them I’d be coming from 2.5hrs away to purchase the car. I asked to have it ready for sale. They insisted nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that it was a great deal. An hour before purchasing the vehicle I get a call telling me the car is making noises and it needs a new turbo. He said “don’t worry we’ll make it like new”. Who wants a car that is in the repair shop they buy it!!! These xxx wasted my whole day on trying to sell me a lemon

SUPER Shady!! Tried to sell me a lemon

Everything was excellent with every step of the process until we met the financial person , he seemed to be very curt and grumpy! Butch and Derek and service personnel were Outstanding.

A Christian Salesman

Andrew was the salesman who worked with me and the logo on his hat influenced my decision to buy: "I love Jesus" and "God Answers Prayers". Being a Christian and not being afraid to let others know is a powerful message (and it helped to sell a car).
