We purchased our Armada last summer. They promised to replace our front air bags. We have received the excuses and the run around. It is a safety issue.... I cannot reach any one now.
The dealership asked us to give them a good review, but after we discovered all they covered up and lied about we simply cannot. We bought an Audi A5 from... here in early Jan. We have had nothing but issues. When we first bought the car, they agreed to replace all 4 tires, due to one tire separating on the inside edge and another having three nails in it. All four tires needed to be replaced since it is an all-wheel drive vehicle. However, come to find out, they only replaced two. One of the “new” tires was patched on tires sidewall, which is non repairable and very dangerous. We had to get all new tires. When asked if they would split the price of the tires with us, they stopped replying. When we test drove the car the check engine light came on. The mechanic reset it and super glued, yes super glued the turbo boost sensor electrical connector in place after removing the rubber seal to “fix” the car. My husband is a mechanic and we felt it would be an easy fix to replace the turbo boost sensor and connector, so no big deal. However, now to come find out it needs a new turbo installed. The car drove just fine out of the lot and on the way home. The check engine light did come back on the way back home to California. But quickly discovered it goes through a quart of oil for each 300 miles driven. After researching and speaking to mechanics familiar with Audi’s, this seems to indicate it needs a whole new engine, something they would have known prior to selling the vehicle. We needed a reliable car but got the complete opposite. To make matters worse, we still have been unable to register it because of the check engine light still being on and it will fail a smog test with it on. So now we will get penalized for registering it after it is fixed. But we simply cannot afford to fix all that is wrong.
Me and my wife drove from northern Arizona and had a very positive car buying experience, Elder Quintero Was very professional and made the whole process... fun and easy, we are happy and grateful
Wish I could give them 6 stars! After spending literally over a month looking at used cars, shopping over 15 different used car lots I tried First National... Autos. Farrah, Elias and the entire staff are very friendly, professional and totally open and honest without the usual hard core sales tactics that we experience at most used car lots. I've easily purchased over 20 used cars in my life and this was by far the smoothest, fastest and most amazing transaction I've ever experienced. In an extremely short amount of time I was driving off with my wife's dream Mercedes Benz with very low miles. Just in time for Christmas!
