My family and I had the absolute best experience from Mercedes Benz of West Houston! Perfect buying opportunity at Sewell Mercedes of W

We moved to Houston three years ago from NC and chose Sewell to service our S550 and GL550! We were so impressed with the service department, we decided to buy our next vehicles with them. David Sharp is our Sales Advisor and he has been extremely helpful in navigating us through the ordering process. He’s very knowledgeable about all the products and did an amazing demonstrations on several vehicles with our family! My husband picked up his new 2023 S580 yesterday and I will be getting an all new electric SUV soon! We met the management team as well during the buying process and we were very impressed with how friendly and open to answering any questions we may have had! Other staff we passed in the building were very friendly and welcoming. Sewell Mercedes appears to treat each other as family and therefore treat all guests who visit as someone visiting a family member so they all were very respectful with us! The facility has always been clean and love the bright and airy feel it has every time we visit! Thanks again David for facilitating our purchase of two new Mercedes!

David Sharp best salesman

This was my first time to purchase a car without my husband’s help. David Sharp at Mercedes Sewell help me with this process. David was extremely knowledgeable, Patient and went over and above to help find me the right car. I have found my car salesman for all future cars that I plan to buy. I highly recommend David Sharp.

The best dealership ever

Excellent team and always super helpful. The facility is top class and never have to wait for loaner cars etc. My favorite Mercedes dealership now.

Amazing Buying Experience

My experience with Sewell’s Mercedes-Benz of West Houston was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL!! Given today’s current landscape of long waits for vehicles, we knew that our purchase was going to be nothing but a waiting game. We ordered our vehicle in August 2021, with an expected delivery in January/February 2022. Our Sales Specialist, David Sharp, was nothing but communicative and patient with us throughout the entire process. He kept us informed as we progressed through the end of the year and was attentive to our regular update requests. Once build began, we had daily updates and began to prepare us for delivery. We had all our financial matters in order and ready to go so as soon as delivery occurred the process was nothing but seamless. From initial parking to exiting with our new vehicle look less than 90 minutes…unheard of these days!!! David was ready in every way, shape and form to ensure all aspects of delivery were covered. Even more important, his knowledge of the vehicle and walk thru of its features/configuration was BEYOND REPROACH. Needless to say, our experience with Sewell and more importantly, with David, will keep us coming back for all our car purchase needs.
