Very efficient ; no hassles

Was able to examine vehicles and ask questions while walking the lot. Never felt rushed and got clear information to help me make a decision. Am very happy that I returned to this dealer after being very satisfied with my previous vehicle purchased here.

Awesome service

Always pleasant dealing at Hon Ford. Have been buying vehicles there since the mid 90’s and Art Tsukamoto has made every purchase easy even when we moved to another island

New Ford

Honolulu Ford is customer oriented and easy to deal with. I would recommend Rich Nicholson from sales. Honolulu Ford is also military friendly-active duty, guard and veterans.

Dealership with a heart

While looking at new cars when my husband had a medical issue. Everyone responded quickly and with concern to get assistance for him. Richard Teryua went above and beyond the call of duty to see that we were returned to the dealership from the emergency room. Thomas Kondo did a great job showing us the cars we were interested in.

It was decent

My experience was pleasant. The sales and finance manager were friendly. I was able to test drive the vehicle, discuss numbers etc, and wasn't pressured into anything. What could have used improvement was that I saw the online price, and I asked the sales rep what the price was and he said what was on the sticker of the car. Then when I wanted to see financing rates they still didn't give me the online price, I had to ask for it, The car's sticker was 23K and the online price was 19k. The other part that could use improvement is clarity in financing stage. I purchased the lifetime oil changes and the extended warranty with ALLY because I like the benefits and peace of mind. My experience at Honolulu Ford was that I was being told those items "Comes with my purchase" which is quite shady of a delivery I feel, but I can't control what values a company trains their employees with. If you want to run a stand up, honest, business you sell the benefits of the package. Don't try to trick people. Would the approach taken be the same if they were selling a car to their own child?Probably not. Focus selling peace of mind, and the quality of service they will get.

Amazingly awesome!!!

Salesmen Eric and Mario were amazing and took care of everything I needed. Managers Josh and Marcus were Awesome!!! Jon closed the financing perfect. Kudos to Honolulu Ford.

Best Service in Oahu
