Received a coupon flyer in the mail and took advantage of it. Called to make the appointment. The receptionist was kind to accommodate a convenient time for me. I waited and my truck was finished before the estimated time. The service writer (Kyle) went over the invoice. I paid and left.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They told me how everything is without sugar coating it & I really appreciated that. I didn't want to finance a car I knew nothing about, nevertheless something I couldn't afford. Eric Blazek was very sweet. Made sure that I understood everything & satisfied all my car needs. I wanted to get out of my lease, I did so & also walked away with a brand new car that I absolutely LOVE! I will definitely be back & be referring Eric to my friends/family. Clayton help me a lot to get the new Ford ready fast( license plate safety check , registration) about 2 weeks. I am really appreciate his work.

Our company recently purchased a fleet vehicle for our HI office. We had certain requirements and cost parameters we needed to stay within. Mario was our sales person and he did an great job with his follow up and helped us find the exact vehicle we needed. Since this purchase was handled by our corporate office the sales contracts needed to be sent out of state for signing. Mario coordinated all this in a timely manner, which made the deal go very smoothly.

Staff was nice. Vehicle sold itself. Did not like the haggling about the insultingly low offer for out used Honda Element. We will be back for some "how to" on the vehicle's many features.

My experience was good but I believe there was too much haggling over my trade in when I already had a sales price on the new vehicle. It really slowed the process. Otherwise there are no other complainingaints. Great experience!

Ben Cabalo is very helpful, cheerful, and very respectful. My wife and I have bought 5 Ford cars from Honulu Ford through Ben. The service people are also very helpful. Kyle Piercy the service manager explained thoroughly what my car needs for repair. He is also very helpful, cheerful, and courteous The waiting area is very clean and lots of fresh coffee. The office assistants are all cheerful, courteous and very helpful making you feel like being at home. Thanks for the free WIFI while waiting. Art Tsukamoto is very professional and gave us exactly what we wanted at a fair and reasonable price. He was very mindful of our time and got straight to the point. Art is an honest and trustworthy man that we would love to keep doing business with. We bought 6 trucks from him this time around and we will keep coming back when we need more trucks.

I called Honolulu Ford last June 22, 2018 to see/check the used Ford Focus they have in lot and got an appointment for June 25, 2018 Monday at 10am but because I got called to work I had to call them again to reschedule it the next day and the person I talk to on the phone was very accommodating. But then, in my luck I got off early from work and decided to just go that afternoon instead so I called them again and one of the sales dealer told me just come in and ask for him... Got to Honolulu Ford around 550pm (I know that’s a little late already) and I got told to the person I supposed to see went home (WOW! NOT COOL!). Then there this guy told me to wait for a little bit and see what he can do. To my luck, Mr. Clayton Aranita stayed to help me get the 2016 Ford Focus I saw on their website. And in 2 1/2 hours I got to bring home the car. That’s really fast service to get a car and Mr. Aranita gave a very welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable and feel good throughout the deal. I like how he says “let me see what I can do” instead of turning me down right away... it’s very professional like. Also, the person (I think his name is Celes) where you signed all the papers was really cool too... he wasn’t intimidating like the others I encountered in the past... (He get that cool vibe uncle who makes everyone laugh when you get family parties.) Overall, with a slight bump, the experience deserves a 5 star rating. this is my second time buying a car from Honolulu Ford and still got a great service and when I buy car in the future. I probably will be get my car here again.. (eh, you get a loyalty discount too) haha
